KIANDASHOPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS


MEI  , PRESTAÇÃO DE SERVIÇOS, LDA , a commercial company incorporated under Angolan law, headquartered in Bairro Sapo, Shopping Ulengo Center, store n: C 3013, 3rd floor, Luanda, registered with the Commercial Registry of the 2nd Section of the Single Guichê of Empresa Nosso – Centro, under registration number 1708-19/190904 and with number, with the main corporate purpose of selling products online (E-commerce), tax identification number 5000401862 (hereinafter referred to as “  KIANDASHOPPING ” ) , The parties agree that their relations will be governed exclusively by the general terms and conditions described here.  1.       Objective 
 This platform has the objective of “e-commerce”, that is, to make available the sale of products and services online made available on our platform, by our partners.  
2.       Customer Registration, Identity Privacy and Responsibility Be of legal age (18 years old) and have full capacity to register and make purchases on our platform. If a minor or an individual without full capacity acquires any product or service offered on our platform, we will understand that those responsible have authorized it, being responsible for any and all situations that arise, as well as for the purchase. Do not provide any false, fraudulent information or information that does not correspond to your data, all information registered on our website is extremely confidential. The client cannot comment or send images in the evaluations that may go against ethics and respect, or that have a defamatory, offensive, hateful or prejudiced nature. Use the platform respecting ethics, good customs, laws and regulations in force in the country, under penalty of being sanctioned.
3.        Photographs  The photographs presented or used are merely illustrative of the products and have no contractual value, and cannot give rise to any type of commitment on the part of kiandashopping.    
4.       Return of the Product and the attribution of its Cost to the E-commerce partners. For any damaged product, simply return it with its accessories included in the box along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 calendar days or 10 business days from the date you received the product and we will exchange or a refund based on the original payment method. For the exchange or return to occur, the product must be as it was delivered, with all accessories, manual and packaging, box. The product to be returned or exchanged cannot show any signs of use, such as the product being cracked, scratched or showing signs of falls. If the customer requested the exchange of the product, the new one will be sent to the address and you will be notified about the shipment via e-mail. We do not accept money back, only product exchange,  
5.      Controle de stock e suas Responsabilidadades The stock control is the exclusive responsibility of the partner kiandashopping, kiandashopping does not have control over the stock of each partner, therefore it is not responsible for the lack of it, when it is available on the website. The partner must punctually update the stock, the quantities he adds in kiandashopping must correspond to the physical. If the organization is not as described above, all payment and shipping costs are the responsibility of the Partner. The partner, after being notified that a purchase has been made at the store, is responsible for preparing the order for the customer to pick up at the store or the delivery company to pick it up with the dispatch, if the delivery company arrives and does not find the order or is unable to contact the partner, the cost will be charged to the partner. The partner must ensure that he has delivered the right product, otherwise the costs of return, transport and bank fees will be charged to the partner. When inserting the product, you must guarantee the exact weight and measurements of the box, otherwise the difference will be deducted from the Partner's value.             6.       Obligations of the owner of the e-commerce  Provide clear and complete information about the characteristics and specifications of the product available for sale in a clear and complete manner. (Ex: Colors, height, material or width). Send the products within the established deadline. Provide a secure platform. Provide informative images, audios and videos about the products offered, and consistent with what will be delivered to the customer. Issue the invoice for the product that will be shipped and send it to the customer along with the product. Inform how the product should be handled, cleaned or washed and any information considered relevant related to the product. 7.       Disclaimer kiandashopping is not responsible for the misuse or wrong handling of the product, as well as any damage that may occur in the installation of any product purchased on our platform. All the products we sell are within the standards and conditions that come from the factory, from the distributor or from the company that resold the product. We provide all pertinent information related to the product, as well as the same are accompanied by instructions for use and care in their boxes or through an instruction manual. 8.       Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution These General Conditions are governed by Angolan Law. For the resolution of any and all litigation arising from the interpretation or execution of these General Conditions, the Judicial Court of Luanda will be competent, with the parties expressly waiving any other.
9.       Acceptance of the Terms and Conditions  It is necessary to confirm the acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale to proceed with the process of finalizing the registration on the website. The terms and conditions must be previously consulted by the Customer.
